HireSuite CONTINGENCY SEARCH FEE POLICY FEE Our fee is calculated as 30% (thirty percent) of the guaranteed first year annual earnings, as agreed upon at the time of hiring.

PAYMENT OF FEE Our fee is due from your company for any candidate you employ or retain in any capacity, within one year of our disclosure of the candidate’s identity, our submission of the candidate to you, or our most recent contact with you relating to the candidate, whichever occurs latest. Our fee is invoiced when an offer of employment has been made, accepted, and the starting date has been established, and is due on the starting date.

WARRANTY All placements are made with the intent and expectation that they will result in mutual satisfaction. If, however, the employee is terminated for cause other than reduction in force, organization relocation, or other uncontrollable factor, or if the employee resigns of his/her own volition within 60 days (sixty days) after commencing employment, we will replace said employee for the same position at no additional fee. In order to qualify for replacement services, our fee must have been paid in accordance with our terms, and within 30 days (thirty days) of the employee starting date.

CONFIDENTIALITY The identity of any candidate(s) that we disclose to your company shall remain the confidential information of your company, and should not be disclosed or referred by your company to any third party. Should a candidate so referred be hired, our normal fee will be payable by your firm. Likewise, it is understood that any confidential information provided to us by your company will be handled with complete discretion.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT Your request for and acceptance of the executive search services of HireSuite’s Search Group acknowledges your agreement to the terms of this Fee Policy.
