Base Salary up to $130K + Generous Annual Bonus Incentive!

Key Nursing Executive Opportunity for an established leading Healthcare Facility. Use your Director or CNO experience to help establish staffing requirements for recruitment, selection and placement of personnel. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to; working on improvement projects, assigning appropriate staff related to performance improvement functions, reviewing and recommendations of Hospital Plan for Nursing Care on a yearly basis and serves as Chairperson of the Nurses Council.
The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Nursing with current Washington state licensure
Masters degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements. If not Master’s prepared, must be close to completing degree program.
Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in healthcare administration/management with a minimum of two years experience at a senior nursing management level.
Minimum of five years experience in hospital management in an inpatient, acute care environment.
Graduate level education may substitute on a year-to-year basis for the required experience.
