Santa Maria California Area Base up to $135K PLUS Annual Incentive Bonus! Relocation Assistance Available
Unbelievable Coastal California opportunity for an experienced RN Director Critical Care! In this key Nursing Management role, you will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the Critical Care area for the growing healthcare facility. Duties include effective integration of best practice for financial responsibility; establishing and maintaining standards for patient care; hiring, retaining, and performance management of staff; and responsibility for department policies, procedures, quality control and performance improvement programs and processes. Basic Qualifications: BSN at a minimum, MSN, MBA or Master’s in Health Care Administration highly preferred. Current California RN license. CPR, ACLS Certification. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum five years experience in areas of specialization, within acute care hospital setting within the past ten years. At least five years experience in a leadership role required. Excellent communication, problem-solving and planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team. Ability to direct others and collaborate for desired results. Knowledge of current leadership, management, professional practice and performance improvement strategies that address the scope and complexity of patient care needs. Requires excellent skills in written and verbal communication, complex problem solving abilities, team development, planning and follow-through.
